Cannot sync any music

Whenever I go to sync music from my iTunes library to my Huawei P10 Plus, it hangs while adding the first song. Whether I'm adding 2000 songs or adding 2, it will always get suck on the first song and not progress any further.

  I'm sorry that you're experiencing problems with syncing.

  Are you using USB or AirSync?

  Here is a step by step guide to syncing along with some troubleshooting tips.

  If after trying the troubleshooting steps, you are still seeing these sync problems, please send us a debug package from your PC immediately after encountering the errors.

  You can do this by holding down SHIFT while right-clicking on the doubleTwist icon in the System Tray and selecting "Send log files…".
