All songs are fuzzy--not an issue with other apps
Suddenly, within the last week or so, every song I play through the Cloudplayer android app is fuzzy--like a radio station that is not well tuned and has lots of static. This is not happening when I play music on my other apps like Amazon Music Unlimited. It also happens regardless of where I play it, whether on my phone speakers or through my bluetooth earbuds or car bluetooth. Also it happens whether a song is downloaded on my phone or is in the cloud. I assumed it was my stereo or phone until I tested and found no other app has this problem. Any suggestions for a fix? I really like Cloudplayer a lot and hope I can go back to using it.

Hello. That's very unusual. I can't think of any reason why our app would be the only one affected by this issue. Is Magic Radio also affected?

I don't have Magic Radio so I don't know. But TuneIn Radio is not affected, nor is Amazon Music Unlimited, nor is PocketCasts.
Should I try uninstalling and reinstalling? If I do that would I have to set up my library again and start over on my downloads?

Hello. Magic Radio is the radio section in CloudPlayer. The reason I was asking about it was that the audio is stream from the radio station so it wouldn't be affected by the music files stored in the cloud or locally. We haven't seen this issue during testing so it's unclear what might be causing the problem and no other users have reported it so it might only be triggered by a very specific combination of factors.
