Windows app keep loading my library
I follow every instructions for synchronizing iTunes on my android but the windows app keep loading.
In the music tab, it says "Loading your library". My library is shared, same for the .xml Library file. The .xml file is located at the default location in 'C/Users/XXX/Music/iTunes.
I reinstall both DoubleTwist and iTunes, no changes.
I have 100Gb of music i want to share with my android, i know it can be long for a first loading but i let the app run for like 2 hours and nothing happened, it keeps loading.

Hello. I'm sorry that you're experiencing problems with the PC Sync application. Please try a reset of the doubleTwist library database.

If the problem persists after the reset, please send us a copy of the log files for further analysis. An email has been sent so just reply to that email with the log files.
