    Hello.

    Are you referring to the 3 default auto-playlists ("Recently Added", "Most Played", and "Top Rated") found in the app? Or are you trying to sync a new playlist from your PC iTunes to your device?

    If you are referring to the "Recently Added" auto-playlist, this default playlist can be deleted using the 3-dot menu so perhaps that's what happened? You can restore the playlist by using the "Reset doubleTwist" option in Settings.

    I followed this instruction, the "Recently Added", Most Played" and "Top Rated" playlists now appear in the Playlists view, BUT ALL MY EXISTING PLAYLISTS HAVE NOW BEEN ERASED!

    Please tell me how to recover them, Cloud Player is supposed to have them in the cloud, is it right?

    Hello,

    Yes, playlists are saved and backed up in CloudPlayer if you are logged into the app. Please see this help page for more information.
