I purchased upgrade on my tablet as a second device in December. I just wiped that tablet and gave it to my father. How can I transfer my $7.99 purchased app to my new 2nd device?

  Hello,

  All Google purchases are tied to the account used to purchase. To reinstall, please have that account selected in the Play Store when reinstalling.
