Casting to Sky Q box error

So casting to sky q box works for a while, say 30-45 mins, then stops, box crashes and error says "An error occured while connecting to the device "Sky Q 2TB Box4168" and then some port data which I won't share here plus "ECONNREFUSED". So I cannot cast via this nor Chromecast as has been discussed elsewhere. What's the point!

  Hello,

  I'm sorry that you're experiencing issues with casing. To clarify, your Q Box is crashing after 30-45 minutes? If it's your Q box crashing, have you checked to see if there's a firmware update available? It sounds like there may be a problem with it's implementation of Chromecast.
