I cannot sync doubletwist to import playlists to itunes
When I try to import playlists from DoubleTwist onto itunes on my computer, it says that there are no music files located on my Android device. When I try to sync doubletwist to my computer, it says that it is synced and no files were transferred. There is music on my Android because I can access all playlists and music on my doubletwist app on my phone, but when I plug it into my Windows 10 computer, it says there are no files. I am trying to import playlists from doubletwist on my phone to Itunes on my computer. I know I have to click on the "sync music" option when I am on the music tab, but it won't give me that option since "there are no files." I have enabled sharing music to other devices via my itunes settings, but it still won't sync and there are still "no files." I am very confused and have been trying to do this for hours.

Hello,
I'm sorry that you're experiencing problems with syncing.
Where is your iTunes library located? Is it in your Music folder or a non-standard location?
Our application uses the XML file to import information from iTunes so please check that your iTunes is updating the XML file.

My iTunes library is not hidden. I have been able to copy and paste most of my songs from iTunes to doubletwist using the desktop app. iTunes has been enabled to share XML files to import files. And, like I said, there is plenty of music on my doubletwist app that is not being shown on the app.

Hello,
Is your iTunes library in the default Music folder location? As mentioned, our application is designed to read the XML from the default location so if there is a duplicate XML file in the default location, information from that XML file will be imported and the XML file that might be in custom location will be ignored.
The iTunes library location is stored in the user.config file, which is in the same folder as the library database.
Here's a help page on how to access that location quickly.

It's a XML text file so you can use any text editor (like Notepad) to view/edit. The path to the iTunes library is located in the middle of the file. Here's the entry from one of my test machines.
<iTunesXmlFilePath>C:\Users\dt\Music\iTunes\iTunes Music Library.xml</iTunesXmlFilePath>
Edit the path to your iTunes XML file and see if that helps in locating your iTunes library.
