List view gets cropped off on top

Often the first album of a list gets cropped off. I have to change it to grid view and then again to list view to make it alright, but then it doesn't stay for long. It's irritating, please help. You should give an option to attach screenshots here

  What device are you using? What version of Android? Do you have any UI enhancements enabled?
