Where is the download button?

I am using CouldPlayer 1.7.9(2a24613) in Android 10(HuaWei Mate pro 20) and I am following the article https://support.doubletwist.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002100852-How-do-I-download-songs-for-offline-playback-in-CloudPlayer-

 

To download the playlist. 

 

After I make a playlist to available offline, I never see the download button/manager. The problem is cloud player does not auto-download files after I add more songs into the list.

 

How to solve this problem?

  Hello,

  The Download Manager will automatically appear once you set an item for offline caching. If it does not, please send us a log package. We've sent an email with steps on how to send the logs.
