Skipping tracks when Data Connection is intermittent
I recently jumped from Google music to CloudPlayer, so I can make use of all my music stored on my OneDrive (why did Microsoft kill Groove).
I have an unlimited data tarrif with 3 mobile in the UK.
After a month or so of use, I'm a little frustrated with the fact that, if I loose my data connection (as I do around Oxfordshire/Wiltshire boarders on my commute to and from work)
Instead of the app pausing till it regains connection, it jumps to the next track, then the next, and next etc. Till the connection comes back! This means I can sometimes miss up to 8 songs on my playlist as it's jumped them!
Also most occasions, I have to hit play again (sometimes repeatedly) to get it to play my music again! which isn't ideal when driving!
I've tried upping the cache, but on reading further, this doesn't 'pre-cache music' as I thought it would!
On another topic: Still no word on why the Platinum player was £1 less (£7.99) than the in-app upgrade (£8.99) that I did when I purchased the Full/Premium player (I still feel stiffed out of £1)

Hello,
Thanks for the feedback, we appreciate it.
Some users have a mix of cloud and local tracks so if a cloud track isn't available, the local track will still be available. But I understand that this can be frustrating for users with 100% cloud tracks. So we are investigating possible solutions in future updates like automatic caching of the Now Playing queue.
Feedback like yours helps us to prioritize our future development plans. I've sent your comments on to our product manager.
