iTunes (Windows) Playlist File Path
After switching from iPhone to Android (Pixel 3a) I use doubletwist to sync Windows iTunes playlists to the phone. My phone has just updated to Android 10 and I've had problems with several apps recognising the playlists and contents. Reinstalling the apps, clear the Android media cache etc made no difference.
Shuffle+ - doesn't see any playlists
Phonograph / Pulsar - sees the playlists but doesn't show all the tracks e.g. a playlist has 3,200+ yet only 128 show in the playlist
I worked out the latter , it was only showing tracks in the root of the Music folder. Looks like Android 10's media scanner doesn't like back slashes in the m3u file. I edited the m3u to change them to forward slashes and now all tracks appear.
i.e. Nine Inch Nails\The Slip\04 - discipline.mp3 -> Nine Inch Nails/The Slip/04 - discipline.mp3
So, can doubletwist sync be updated to use forward rather than back slashes in the playlist paths?
Thanks

Hello David,
Thanks for the report.
We haven't had this issue in the past but it's possible Android 10 changed how the media scanner indexes playlists. I will ask the QA/Dev team to investigate further.
Our apologies for the inconvenience.
