App autoplays when connected to car bluetooth

When I start my car, and it connects via bluetooht, it will autoplay the last track that i am on.  WHy does it do this?  I don't see any setting for  "autoplay when connected"
How do I turn it off?

  Hello,

  Which head unit are you using? Some head units automatically send a "play" command when it detects a BT connection so that causes our app to start playback. The QA/Dev team is investigating possible workarounds to this issue.
