Last.fm support
Anyone else having trouble scribbling songs via Cloudplayer? Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I've tried all kinds of things to get it working. Stopping and starting both apps, last.fm and Cloudplayer. I'm just listening to an album now and 19 songs in none has scribbled. Any ideas?

Hello,
Thanks for the report. A few users have reported issues but we haven't been able to reproduce so it may be triggered by very specific circumstances only.
Are you using the official Last.fm app? Does anything chance if you reboot your device to try again?

Ive tried a few things, but decided to uninstall last.fm app on my phone. I reinstalled it, and so far it's working again. Hopefully that is the fix for this issue!

Hello,
Thanks for the update. Another possibility is that the Last.fm is being disabled because of Doze.
Here are some 3rd party help pages on how to check power optimization settings for apps.

I've been trying this out all week and by uninstalling and reinstalling last.fm app it's fixed the problem. As soon as I start playing a song now the icon appears and it's recognising the tracks I'm playing. 👍
