Music stops after a couple of songs
After the last update, no matter what format, folder or album I play, the music stops after two - three songs. I tried different ways like adding files to a playlist or playing an entire album, and it's always the same. I tried reinstalling the app and clearing app data but it didn't help. I use a Meizu PRO 6 Plus with FlymeOS 6.3.0.0 global (Android 6.0.1)
What do I do?!?!?!?

Hello,
Are you using the same file format for all of your songs? MP3? AAC/M4A? WMA?
Which version of CloudPlayer are you using? Please send us a log file from your device after reproducing the problem.
1. Reproduce the issue.
2. Then immediately go into CloudPlayer Settings.
3. Scroll down to select "Send Log Files" and tap "OK".
4. Enter "DT Issue 20190429a" in the description text and tap "Send Logs" to email the logs to us.(You can ignore the automated request for more information that our server generates when the log files are received.)

I have same problem, very annoying it used to work absolutely perfectly. Now it will not play more that 3 songs without freezing mid song or seconds into the song.

If you are able to reproduce this issue, please follow the steps above to send us a log file as this will help us troubleshoot.

Same here. Double twist worked perfect for about a year but with in the last few months it started randomly stopping during a songs. Sometimes it might play a few songs without stopping and other times it may stop a few times during one song. I havent added any music since I first installed double twist so I know it's not the file format. I did send in a trouble shooting issue report but they didnt see anything. It does it with headphones and bluetooth. I'm using a Samsung s8+. If I cant resolve the issue soon I'm going to have to find another music player.

So I have the problem too. Worked great for about a year and then stops playing after a few songs. I have done nothing to the playlists, songs, etc... Everything is the same.
It's been 6 months since the first post of this problem. Can you post what your answer was to their problems so the rest of us can fix this. Its probably the same issue/solution for all of us.

Does this problem only occur when the screen is off?
Please check to see if your device settings is disabling our app because of power optimization settings.
