Unable to send debug package for "Unknown Error"
In a recent sync I noticed one track didn't sync due to an "Unknown Error." The help docs said I should send a debug package so I tried that and after it sits for a while with a message "Sending..." the dialog ("Send doubleTwist Log") displays a red error message "Failure sending mail."
Looking in the log it shows an error where it can't connect to the SMTP server:
ERROR : 03/03/2019 10:39:15: Failed to send diagnostics package by email
System.Net.Mail.SmtpException: Failure sending mail. ---> System.Net.WebException: Unable to connect to the remote server ---> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 50.22.153.58:6669
I don't think I have a firewall issue on my end, but port 6669 is pretty non-standard for an SMTP server so I can't say it's totally out of the question.
Is there a set of instructions for manually sending the requisite debug bundle?
