iTunes playlists containing a certain album ONLY have that album when synced to phone

I have a bit of a strange issue going on with DoubleTwist. If any playlist contains one particular album in my library, the synced playlist on my phone ONLY contains that album. For instance, I have a Smart Playlist for albums released in 2020, as well as a playlist that contains all of my "checked" items in iTunes. Both playlists, despite having more songs in iTunes, only show the songs from that album in the doubleTwist player on my phone. Additionally, m3u playlist files for those playlists are not created in the /Music folder on the SD card, while m3u files for the other playlists are.

  Hello,

  I'm sorry that you're experiencing problems with syncing. Here's a help page on playlist syncing.

  What you can also try is to create a cloned version of a playlist that isn't syncing completely.

  https://www.doubletwist.com/help/question/how-do-i-create-a-cloned-playlist-in-itunes/

  Then try to sync that cloned playlist to your device. If the cloned playlist still isn't syncing completely. please send us the XML sync logs. More details in the email that we are sending.
