Android Widget Failing to Launch App
Recently (within the last week) the widget for the app has stopped launching the app. Once I have it open, it can reopen it, but otherwise it does nothing. I just tested and this is the same for all the widgets (both 4x1 and the large one). That tiny problem aside, really fantastic app, thank you for creating something so simple to use!

What device are you using? What version of Android? Did you recently update the device? The widget hasn't changed recently so perhaps it's a temporary issue? Have you tried reinstalling the widget?

I tried uninstalling/reinstalling the widgets. I'm using a Samsung s10 running the most recent update (Android 10), which I've had since September. I've also noticed the app closing (as in the music stops playing until I reopen the app). Perhaps it's a related issue?
I'm going to try to change my battery saving settings.
It's weird that it's only just started as I haven't updated the Android software in some time.

Sorry! I might have just found the issue.
Doubletwist had been added to the list of apps to not be allowed to run in the background.
To fix go to:
Settings > Device Care > Battery > App power management > Sleeping apps
Remove doubletwist from this menu and add it to:
Settings > Device Care > Battery > App power management > Apps that won't be put to sleepI've switched it and the widget seems to be working as usual.
