Sync Finished, All files Except a few, but Nothing New on Phone
Hello,
I have only used DoubleSync a couple of times since downloading it. The first time, I synced my entire library. It worked very well.
Tonight, I wanted to add the new music I have gotten since then. The sync went through, almost to the end, before getting stuck on a song. I quit DoubleSync (A message said the sync would be paused) and then I checked my phone. None of the files that had supposedly already synched appeared to be there. I thought something wasn't working, so I decided to try again. This time, it picked up right where it left off and synced everything else. It said it was done except for 5 errors. Fine. So then I looked on my phone and again, nothing. My library looks exactly the same as before the sync. No new playlists or songs.
I have tried to restart my phone, and this has not helped. I do not understand where my music is if it is not on the phone. DoubleSync says it has been synced, but this clearly is not so.
Please help. I used to use iSyncr and changed to DoubleSynce because that program was extremely glitchy. I hope this program does not have the same issues. This is extemely frustrating. I miss my old iPod Classic.

Hello,
I'm sorry that you're experiencing problems syncing. I've created a trouble ticket for this issue and an email has been sent with more information on how to send log files back to us for analysis.
Thanks.

I have now checked the folders on my phone, and the new files are indeed there. But they are not showing in the DoubleTwist player.

Solution Found: On my phone, in the DoubleTwist player, I had to go to settings and then go to "scan local folder." I then had to find the DoubleTwist folder on my SD card, called "com.doubleTwist.androidPlayer," then I chose, files, then music, and then I hit the Select button in the bottom right-hand corner. That rescanned the card for my songs.
I still don't understand why I had to do all that though. And only one of my playlists synced, out of 14.

This phone is a Samsung Galaxy S9, by the way.
