    Hello,

During first launch, our app will try and extract artwork from all music files. If no embedded artwork is found, our app will then attempt an online lookup. If no suitable matches are found, then no artwork will be used. But you can use the "Edit Artwork..." option to select from alternate online matches as well as selecting artwork from your Gallery.

You can also use the "Extract Artwork" option in Settings to resume the artwork extraction/lookup process if it got interrupted.

I am having the same issue, "Extract Artwork" option does not properly load the embedded artwork. It only works if I select "Edit Artwork" for each album, and then select the embedded artwork there. But I have over 800 albums in my cloudplayer, I don't want to do them one at a time.

    Hello Eric,

Were there any issues during initial linking of the cloud account?

If "Extract Artwork" is not working to continue extracting artwork, you may need to reset the database using "Reset CloudPlayer" to start the extraction process from the beginning.

    Our apologies for the inconvenience.
