Play counts don't sync
I'm new to doubleTwist. I am syncing to a Samsung Galaxy with Air Sync in Windows 10. Music syncs, but play counts will not sync. I've read through the help files and tried multiple times to figure out the problem. I have synced music, looked at the list of songs just synced to my phone, played a couple of them on my phone, then synced again. I've tried both reverse sync settings. I have restarted both the phone and the computer. But still play counts never update. Any ideas?

Thank you for the report. A few other users have reported issues with reverse syncing so the QA/Dev team is investigating.
