Play count not updating

Play counts are not being updated in iTunes (12) when syncing with Android 7 tablet.  Any suggestions on troubleshooting or fix?

  Hello,

  Thank you for the report. A few other users have reported issues with reverse syncing so the QA/Dev team is investigating.
