    Hello,

Thanks for your interest in CloudPlayer.

At this time, there is no way to selective scan a cloud account but this is something that we're looking into for the future. Our app will only try to extract metadata from audio files. It will automatically skip non-audio files by looking at the file extensions.

I am just trying this out as well and wondered the same thing.

I use Cloudplayer to access music files on my university OneDrive account.

All was working great until about a month ago. I now get the message: Need admin approval  CloudPlayer needs permissions to access resources in your organisation that only an admin can grant.

I've spoken to our IT department who say they don't restrict the apps which can access my OneDrive account, and they suggested I re-install Office on my phone, but this hasn't worked.

Can anyone provide further details that may help our IT department make the changes needed so Cloudplayer can access all the music I've uploaded?

Hello Chubbsimon. We haven't changed anything in CloudPlayer recently so it's likely something changed on your side. But please send us a log and we can investigate further. Check your email for more details. Thanks.

Personally I would not recommend using a work account. I recommend using a separate personal account for music and photos only and if you need more than 5gb storage, then just purchase the OneDrive only gb upgrade to 100gb for about $2 month. It's worth it to me to keep other  personal financial and company files secured.
