Unable to sync music and Pixel 3 is detected as Nexus Tablet
So when I connect my Pixel 3 to the computer via USB, doubletwist sync detects it as a Nexus Tablet. Is that normal?
When I click on the doubletwist sync icon in the system tray, I see two devices: Generic SD/MMC and Nexus Tablet. I click on configure for the Nexus Tablet which I'm assuming is my Pixel 3 and don't see anything on the left indicating how much space is left on the phone or taken up by music, pictures, or videos.
I go to the Music tab and I do have the ability to sync playlists but it always fails when I try to sync just 1 playlist. I do have a check mark next to Sync music, 1 playlist checked, and Import new music and playlists checked.
The error message for Imported states Unknown error.
The error message for Added states Device is out of space. No I'm not out of space. I have at least 80GB of free space left on the phone.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Hello,
Is your device set to USB MTP mode (sometimes also known as "File Transfer Mode")? If a device is set to "USB Charge Only" mode, that can cause our Sync application to see the device as having no available space so an "out of space" error will be generated.
Are you able to manually copy a file to your device using Windows File Explorer? Our Sync application uses the same interface as Windows File Explorer so if you can manually copy a file, our Sync application should also be able to transfer a file.
Here's the quick start guide for USB syncing along with some troubleshooting steps.
