Unable to click the Sync Music box

I'm running Windows 10 and have a Galaxy S9+ with the paid app.  I am absolutely unable to sync iTunes as I can not click the Sync Music box.   The program recognizes my phone via usb without issues.  Why doesn't this work?

  Could you try these steps? I'm unable to check the Sync box on doubleTwist Sync.

  The 2nd method on the page is usually the fastest.
