Songs show on PC but not in phone. How do I sync?

I just download double twist to my PC (Vista) and galaxy S phone. My iTunes stuff showed up on my PC's doubletwist but not in my phone. My phones says to use my PC to sync but I cannot figure out how to do that. Also, I only want some playlists on my phone, not everything. Is there a way to select exactly what will sync? thanks.

I have a ee pad transformer and when I sync on my mac pro it doesn't show up anywhere on my transformer.

The android shows up in devices and it appears to sync but can't find synced media on transfomer.
