Purchased DT Pro in-app; how to reinstall if needed since Google says I don't own it?

I purchased dT Pro through an in-app sale on March 4. My receipt says "doubleTwist Pro - Enjoy all three premium features with dT Pro: AirSync, Music Lover and Podcas..."
Airsync and podcasts work fine. Not even sure what Music Lover is or how to launch it. But my question is: Since I purchased this in-app, Google Play Store doesn't show me as being an owner of airsync. I sometimes have to factory reset my phone, or maybe I'll install a new ROM, or the phone crashes and needs to be wiped and reset. If I am not considered an owner of Airsync etc. by Google, how will I re-download DT Pro?

    Hello,

    The Google Play Store only tracks app purchases and not in-app purchases.

    If you are using the same account on any device as the one used to purchase, you should be able to install the free doubleTwist Player from the Google Play Store (not the AirSync app) and it will authenticate with our servers. Once the authentication succeeds, the upgrades will automatically unlock.

    If it doesn't, you can try tapping on "Add Features" from the doubleTwist home screen and waiting 5 seconds.

    Please also try uninstalling and reinstalling the doubleTwist Player app if "Add Features" didn't succeed in unlocking your upgrades. Make sure that you are running the latest version of the Google Play Store app.

    Music Lover allows for downloading of artwork from GraceNote and an EQ for devices running Android 2.3 or above.

    Thank you for the information! That's reassuring to know. I'm not seeing an Add Features button anywhere though, I checked all three screens (settings, music, and videos). Does this only show up if one doesn't have all the features already?

    Hello,

    Yes, that's correct. Since the doubleTwist Pro package was activated on your device, there are no additional features that could be added so the "Add Features" tile is not displayed.
