DroidX. OS is Win 7. Droid connected to computer by USB cable (not WiFi)

Are there directions on how to use DT somewhere? I can't use DT without them.

DoubleTwist is on Droid. Trying to synch music (from my own CDs) which is loaded into iTunes, and a few downloaded Podcasts from iTunes store, which are also in iTunes. All I get is the ecreen on the Droid which says Droid is connected to computer. Where do I go from here?
