Galaxy 3 will not show up on double twist

I am having trouble trying to get double twist to notice that my phone is plugged in. I am using my mac book an my phone is the new galaxy 3

Hello,

The Galaxy S3 only has USB MTP mode, which the Mac does not recognize without additional software. In addition, doubleTwist was not designed for USB MTP as it expects USB Mass Storage (MSC) mode.

You can use AirSync to sync with USB MTP only devices such as the Galaxy S3 and Android tablets.
