Device doesn't show up?
I have doubleTwist downloaded and installed on both my Samsung Galaxy S and my PC, connected using a USB....can't seem to sync? Device didn't show up, selected 'start network scan', and the wheel keeps spinning. USB Mass storage device is enabled.

If you device is mounted properly (from Jason's reply above), and the device still is not displayed in the doubleTwist application, then the most likely resolution would be to download and install the USB driver for your particular device (you can download the driver from the manufacturer website). Once this driver is installed, you can mount your device and it will be displayed in the doubleTwist application. -

my lg optimus s always mounted to my mac flawlessly until doubletwist was installed. now i no longer get the mounting notification on the status bar of my optimus and the settings menu item to enable usb mass storage mode has been hidden/removed. is this doubletwist's way of forcing us to buy airsync?- view 1 more comment

thanks for the quick feedback. just uninstalled doubletwist but menu has not re-appeared. haven't updated firmware or rooted phone or anything like that

Can you also try rebooting your phone and your mac? Your phone should just mount automatically once you've plugged it in. I've definitely had instances where my mac will stop auto-mounting USB drives until I reboot it.
